How to Add The Administrator To The Welcome Screen

Open the Registry Editor

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows

NTCurrentVersion WinlogonSpecialAccountsUserList. 

Create a new DWORD value.

 

Name the new value ‘Administrator’. Double-click this new value and enter ‘1’ as Value Data. The new user will be created on restart
