Well its really really easy. When you open the MS Outlook 2007 first time, it will open with a wizard. Just follow the instructions and your account will be set up. But in older version like MS Outlook 2003 or Office XP or when you want to configure second account manually in MS Outlook 2007 you may find some problem. For this follow these steps.
1. Open MS Outlook.
2. Click on Tool and under the drop menu select Account Setting.
3. Select New. Since most of us are using POP, IMAP, HTTP or Microsoft Exchange these all are selected by default. For Gmail, Yahoo, Rediff, Indiatimes mail etc this option is OK. Just click next.
4. Fill up your Name, Email address, password. click next. The wizard will automatically configure MS Outlook 2007 with your account now.
5. If you have to fill manually then for yahoo.co.in select (This is for India)
Incoming mail server (POP3)---pop.mail.yahoo.co.in
Outgoing mail server (SMTP)---smtp.mail.yahoo.co.in
6. For Gmail
Incoming mail server (POP3) --pop.gmail.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP)--smtp.gmail.com
7. Rest all procedure will remain same.
