Sometime we are fed up of all the baloon tips which XP keep throwing at us. Usually these
tips tell us something which we already know.
Take standard precaution of backing up your registry first.
To turn off balloon tips in applications that support XP Themes:
Step-1 Start Regedit
Step-2 Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\
Step-3 Create a DWORD value of EnableBalloonTips
Step-4 Give it a value of 0
Step-5 Close regedit and reboot.
